【摘要】:1GeneralThispartofISO10304specifiesamethodforthedeterminationofthedissolvedanionsbromide,chlor-ide,nitrate,nitrite,orthophosphateandsulfateinwastewaters.Theworkingrangeslistedintable1maybeobtainedbyanappropriatesamplepretreatment(e.g.dilution)andbyapplyingaconductivitydetector(CD)oraUV-detector.2Interferences2.1Organicacids,suchasmonocarboxylicordicarboxylicacids,caninterferewiththedetermi-nationofinorganicanions.2.2Inabufferedeluent(e.g.carbonate/hydrogencarbonate),thedeterminationwillnotbeinfluencedbythesamplepHintherangeofpH2topH9.2.3LargeconcentrationdifferencesbetweentheanionsBr,Cl,NO3,NO2,PO4andSO4mayleadtotypicalcross-sensitivityinterferencescausedbyaninsufficientseparation.Therespectiveconcentrationsgivenintable2weretypicalforconductivitydetectorsandUV-detectors;nointerferencescouldbeobservedwithasamplevolumeof50μI.Thedatagivenarevalidonlywhenthequalityrequirementsspecifiedforthecolumnsaremet(seeclause6).Thedetermi-nationofchloridemaybesubjecttointerferencefromhighfluorideconcentrations.2.4Thedeterminationofsulfatemaybesubjecttointerferencebyhighiodideorthiosulfateconcen-trations.Relations:SO4/IorSO4500Cross-sensitivitiestootheranions,suchasBr,Cl,NO3,NO2,PO4andSO4,mayoccur,especiallyinthepresenceofsulfiteionswhoseretentionstronglydependsontheselectivityoftheseparatingcolumnused.Inorganicanionssuchasfluoroborateorchloritecaninterferewiththedeterminationofthenamedin-organicanions.NOTE1Theidentificationofsomeanions(e.g.nitrite)orthedetectionofinterferences(e.g.fattyacids)canbefa-cilitatedbyusingaconductivitydetectorandUV-detectorplacedinseries.Anioncombinations(e.g.Cl/Iwhicharenotlistedintable2willnotinterfereinthespecifiedrangeofapplication.Solidparticlesandorganiccompounds(suchasmin-eraloils,detergentsandhumicacids)shortenthelifetimeoftheseparatingcolumnandarethereforeeliminatedbeforetheanalysisisstarted(seeclause7).Sulfideionscancauseerrorsduringthedeterminationofsulfate;theyareeliminatedaccordingtoclause7.
