【摘要】:Someorganiccoatingsappliedtometalsubstratesexhibitfiliformcorrosionwhenthereisabreakinthecoatingfilmandtherelativehumidityisinthe70to95%range.Thisguidecanbeusedtodeterminethesusceptibilityoforganiccoatedmetalsubstratestotheformationoffiliformcorrosion.1.1Thisguidecoversthreeproceduresfordeterminingthesusceptibilityoforganic-coatedmetalsubstratestoformationoffiliformcorrosion.1.2Thisguideislimitedtothedeterminationofwhetherfiliformcorrosionwilloccurbetweentheorganiccoatingandsubstrate.1.3ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.Thevaluesgiveninparenthesesareforinformationonly.1.4Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyproblems,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.Note18212;ProcedureBofthisstandardisequivalenttoISO4623.
