【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardestablishesmethodsfordeterminingthecompositionofgroupsofpersonswhoseanthropometriccharacteristicsaretoberepresentativeoftheintendeduserpopulationofanyspecificobjectundertest.ThisInternationalStandardisapplicabletothetestingofanthropometricaspectsofindustrialproductsanddesignshavingdirectcontactwiththehumanbodyordependentonhumanbodymeasurements,e.g.machinery,workequipment,personalprotectiveequipment(PPE),consumergoods,workingspaces,architecturaldetailsortransportationequipment.ThisInternationalStandardisalsoapplicabletothetestingofsuchsafetyaspectsofproductsthataredependentonhumanbodymeasurements.Itdoesnotdealwithotheraspectsofthetaskorotherrequirements,suchasperceptionofinformation(exceptgeometricalarrangementoftheviewingtargets)andtheuseofcontrols(excepttheirgeometricalplacement).AlthoughthisInternationalStandarddealswithselectingtestpersonsfromananthropometricperspective,similargeneralprinciplescouldbeappliedforothertestvariables,e.g.biomechanicalaspects.
